        There have been some famous and successful people in the world who were shy or introverted. Einstein said, "Being detached from everyday life and introverted is a major reason why people tend to go into art and science".

        Do not label kids as shy. Even if they don not know the meaning of the word at first, the way you say it should tell them that they did something wrong or that something is wrong with them.
